Why this limit
Investment advice without authorisation from the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) is illegal in Romania, under Law 126/2018 on financial instrument markets. EduFin is not, and does not aim to be, an ASF-authorised entity. It is a strictly educational platform.
What EduFin can and cannot do

Forum and user-generated content
EduFin currently has no forum or user-posted content. If it ever launches a community section, it will have explicit rules that forbid concrete investment advice from users and the promotion of brokers or schemes, with active scam moderation and a clear way to report suspicious content.
Privacy and personal data (GDPR)
EduFin has no accounts and does not ask for personal data to use the path, the calculators or the glossary. Your progress (lessons completed, quiz scores, ticked checklists) is saved locally in your browser, not on a server, and we have no access to it. The full details are in the privacy notice.
